Faster service with local partners
Ferroamp signs agreements with a number of selected installers to enable faster service. The first to sign the agreement is NEPAB in Örebro.
“As we grow, so does the need to be able to quickly offer service locally. By connecting with installers who are experts in our technology, we increase our ability to quickly help on site,” says Mattias Stragne, Sales Manager, Ferroamp.
Demand for Ferroamp’s energy optimisation solutions has been high over the past year and the number of systems installed around the country has doubled. In order to be able to offer a fast and high-quality service, Ferroamp is now signing agreements with a number of installers with extensive experience of the Ferroamp system to become a service partner.
As a service partner, the installer will act as a complement to Ferroamp’s own technicians and perform services for installation, troubleshooting and service of the products that Ferroamp sells. The service partner will be able to assist other installers with on-site assistance.
The ambition is to tie up around 30 partners with coverage across the country.
The first to sign the service agreement is Nordic Energy Partner, NEPAB, in Örebro, which will assist with service in the central parts of Svealand. NEPAB has been working with the Ferroamp system since 2018 and has extensive knowledge of how Ferroamp’s DC grid works.
“What distinguishes the system is the scalable structure and how it is constantly updated. Ferroamp also has the advantage of knowledgeable and Swedish-speaking support and we look forward to now being able to contribute to installers and customers being able to get faster help on site,” says Filip Fagerman, co-owner and responsible for solar energy, NEPAB.
