Whistleblowing policy

Why whistleblow?

At Ferroamp, we strive to be an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct should not occur. Therefore, it is important for us as an employer that it is easy to whistleblow.

We use Visslan’s whistleblower channel, which ensures your anonymity and high security. You can reach the channel by clicking here: ferroamp.visslan-report.se

What can be reported?

We encourage you to blow the whistle if you suspect that there is a misconduct within the company and there is a public interest in this coming to light. Examples of misconduct that can be counted as whistleblowing are:

  • Corruption, deliberately incorrect accounting, fraud, theft or other financial crime
  • Serious environmental crimes
  • Major safety deficiencies in the workplace
  • Other serious ills affecting life or health

If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy. You do not need proof of your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.

Who can report?

You can report misconduct if you are an employee of Ferroamp, a partner of Ferroamp or a customer of Ferroamp. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy.

How are the reports handled?

Reporting is handled confidentially by the external actor Visslan. All personal data without relevance will be deleted, and the case will only be saved for as long as necessary.
